They kept stating that its out of their hands and one rep gave me the "genius" idea of contacting the person it was sent to. A random person received my package because they delivered it to the wrong address and their reps tell me to contact this person. Not only do they lie and steal your money, but they clearly do not know anything about privacy laws! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. "
