"Ordered a Container Boot for our warehouse, we recieve containers monthly and afterr hearing of a certain container tire boot i looked it up. The OG factory sells them for maybe $200 more than these people, so i decided to buy it from them, even tho they almost charged me $150 for shipping. a MONTH passed by kid you not, no wor don my order, no way to register on their stupid website, no way to track, nothing. sent them about 6 emails from their contact us page but i believe they dont even recieve that. i cant begin to count how many times i called, al different times in the day, and no response, just a voice mail under the name "Scott". until finally one day i decided to call again, and i finally got an answer. as calmly as i could, i explained to the guy what happened. let me start off by saying the guy was in his house, dogs and kids were heard on the phone call, even pots for cooking rattling probably. Guy was EXTREMELY rude, as if i was accusing him, which i did shove in his face about his horrible customer service. i beg of you, please never buy from this store. this is obviously a scam, and if it isnt the people who run this deserve no buisness at all for how rude they are. "
"I just had the scariest experience of my life ever calling this company.
I ordered a part for my RV from RV Fun Products and a few hours later I wanted to call and make sure the part was in stock. He started barraging me and talking down to me asking why I didn't call before I ordered. I tried to explain that he wasn't open when I ordered it online. I also said I don't appreciate the way he was talking to me. He immediately escalated the conversation by calling me names I would never repeat. The things he said literally made me scared of my life as he now has my address and contact info. He did this for about 20 seconds then hung up on me. I was so terrified I was shaking for hours afterwards. I called paypal to try and get my money back. We'll see what happens"
"I called this company to ask about a product, then ordered it using his online website. Several weeks later, I still had not received it. When I attempted to email the address the order confirmation listed, the email bounced back. I called the phone number online and he said if I'd ordered it that long ago, I should have received it already. Then he told me they don't sell that product, so I didn't order it from him. Then he told me he hadn't charged me for it, he didn't care what my credit card statement said, he swore at me several times, and told me not to every F***ing order from him again. I wouldn't trust this site!"
"Take your money elsewhere, This guy or company is a joke . He will call your voicemail and cuss you on it if you tell him your gonna give him a bad review . First he told me he refunded me because of no product then proceeded to call my voicemail and tell me he refunded it because I'm a ****. Only because I asked about tracking two days after making my order . HORRIBLE SERVICE , Wished I could give it negative stars .."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THE NUMEROUS COMPANIES LISTED IN THE REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL SHELL FRONTS FOR A SCAM! When originally contacted about great pricing on a truck tent I was told to place it in my cart and the price would change to $214.88. Great I thought! I did put it in my cart and it did reflect a great price of $214.88. I ordered it. I ordered on 1/05/16. My Visa was charged on 10/08/16 and still reflects the charge. At no time was I informed the item was and had been out of stock for quite some time and the order could not be fulfilled since the item was no longer stocked. (I do not think they actually even ever stocked the item) I called on 10/17/16 to see when I could expect the item delivered since no emails had come my way indicating shipping or expected delivery date. I was told that the item was not available and would no longer be available and that I should not be charged until it is shipped anyway, My credit card was in fact charged and reflects no refund was issued. I called 10/18/16 and the phone just rang. I left a message asking them to call me back and have not heard from them. I look on Reseller Ratings and low and behold the same thing has happened to EVERYONE that has left a review here. I sent a message through Paypal to the seller and I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. Basically they are crooks who have set up numerous dummy sites that advert great prices on items, items they do not stock, and will charge you credit card and allow you to think you have purchased something, tie up your money, charge you cancellation fees when you figure it all out. Customer service acts like they haven't a clue as to why your Paypal or credit card was charged and tries to get you off the phone quickly. "
"I paid over $300 for a product and they never got it in stock. When I asked to cancel, they witheld a 3% "cancellation fee"!! Don't go near these idiots! "
"This store has terrible communication, they offered something on their website they could not get and did not tell me for nearly 3 weeks. They could not find the order based on the order number, they have multiple sites, the one I used was Consumer Security Products, and once I pointed that out they could find it. First they said they could get the product, then that it shipped, and then that it was discontinued. It is clear to me they do not have a handle on their supply chain or inventory. When I pointed this out they sent me an email threat not to write this review. I would stay very far away from this company and all of their sites."
"Same thing happened with me!! Froggle Town Mall is a rip off. Purchased an item and found out 3 weeks later that my ordered was cancelled without any notification. I think the company just wanted payment information to use later for unscrupulous purpose. Don't try to purchase from Froggle Town Mall. And don't expose your personal information to them. I don't believe they ever planned on selling the product. CROOKS!!!!!!! "

"VERY POOR Customer communications. Ordered an item 9/13/12 and waited until 9/19/12 with nothing heard about item being shipped. Sent email on 9/20/12 (that included the detailed order confirmation email received from reseller) requesting status of order. I received a reply email asking for my order #, item ordered, and "store used" (all of which was provided in my email. Note: this enterprise runs several on-line stores under the PayPal name of "Consumer-RV-Marine-Cycle-Aviation"). I did not hear back from RV Fun Products until I received a PayPal Notice, on 9/24/12, that the total amount charged was being refunded WITH NO EXPLANATION GIVEN FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER. *********
All in all this experience caused a delay in getting the needed part for our RV. Since we are full-time RVers timing the delivery of items ordered to where we are located is critical. Because of the poor service and communication, I WILL NOT CONSIDER USING RV Fun Products (aka: Consumer-RV-Marine-Cycle-Aviation) IN THE FUTURE."
"Ordered a snowplow over the internet. There web page order status kept showing pending, so I called to check on the order. I was told it was August and nobody orders plows in August. They said they didn't have any in stock and so my order was canceled, but didn't have the courtesy to tell me. They made me feel like an idiot for trying to place a snowplow order in August and told me to try and place the order again in a month or 2, when it gets closer to winter. I asked them why they have it listed for sale on their internet site if they do not have it for sale. I had a hard time getting a real person when trying to call here and can only imagine what kind of service I would get if I had a problem with an item or had a warranty issue. "
