this company is a scam to get your CC information

"I have orderd cables through these people - like many others on google etc - and not gotten anything....at all. No cables, no emails, nothing. No one responds to their customers service phone number, chat or emails. REading Google reviews - now after I bought - I see this is a common theme with these people. I will be reporting these people to the local police and State Attourny's office. "

"The RushCables Difference" is ABSOLUTELY an empty slogan

"What's wrong with this picture? ""The RushCables Difference" isn't just an empty slogan" I beg to differ - They have not responded to an email request for help with an order that was sent days ago and their phone message says that email is faster than phone support? It should come as no surprise that their phones are only answered by machine. Also, there is no opportunity to leave a phone message. And their website does NOT have 'Live Chat' as mentioned on their phone message. The message is just a loop that keeps repeating. I feel like I got played for a sucker."

If I could give zero stars, I would!

"I do not write many reviews, so I am sorry to write such a terrible review. Unlike their name implies, RUSH is far from their action! Let me first be very fair, my orders were VERY small, I ordered six feet of six different types of cables. Nothing on their website indicated a minimum order was required. I placed my order and waited patiently. My PayPal account was deducted the day of sale, so I thought it would be a quick turn around. After a week and a half, I heard nothing so I wrote an email requesting status. I heard nothing back. I waited a few more days, wrote another email requesting status, still no reply. I tried calling them, but each call immediately went to a voice message. After my experience with the emails, I didn't bother leaving a message. Finally after three weeks, I wrote another email stating that unless I heard back from them by the end of the week, I was going to cancel my order and work through PayPal to get my money back. I did state however, that I hoped we could resolve this and that I wanted to place additional orders through them in the future if we could work things out. This time I did hear back from them that day, of sorts, with no additional information, no apology, my order was cancelled and my PayPal was credited. I should say, 2 of the the orders were cancelled and refunded. No word on the third order. They have a LOT to learn on how to do business!!! Until then, STAY AWAY!!!"
