"I was trying to wait until I received my rug to leave a review but I keep receiving emails requesting feedback on my experience. I choose rugs direct for my recent rug purchase due to their fast and free shipping. While the shipping is free i would not describe it as fast. At the time of purchase, my rug said it would ship on 4/7, a few days later I received an email stating it would ship on 5/10. That puts it at over a month after my original order date. I can’t speak to the quality of the rug as I have not received it. "
