"I placed an order with this site. The next day it showed as "shipped". After a week with no delivery, I wrote to inquire. They said 1 of the 5 pieces in the kit was out of stock and should arrive within a couple weeks, and they didnt know why it showed as shipped - I should have been sent an email. They said they'd hold the order till the part arrived. When checking the site a week later, the part that was missing showed back "in stock". I checked another week later, and my items still hadn't shipped and the missing part was again out of stock. It's been a month and 4 days, and I have not received my purchase. Cancelling my order. Very disappointed. Will not use this site again."
