"This is the first time I have ordered from Royal Pet Club directly. I had been ordering their product for almost 5 years through an indirect retailer. I will never go back to the old way!! My selection increased 10 fold and the service was exceptional! The products arrived as promised and packaged very well. I had travelled to the US for surgery (I am an expat that lives in Panama) and decided to save the extra shipping (I pay the international part) and try this out. When I received this order I immediately placed another order to be shipped to my Miami address that forwards my mail to me in Boquete`. They had proved to me that I could depend on them! This is very important as messed up shipments are made much more difficult when the customer lives in a different country :) By the way... I LOVE all their pet products!!! I will use no other for my Maltese :)

"I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, as well as the quality of the products I purchased from Royal Pet Club. Relevant to the customer service, my experience has been extremely positive in that all responses to my inquiries were prompt as well as courteous, which is a tough combination to achieve in this world of online ordering where it is so difficult to have questions answered without being frustated by a series of non-productive menu options leading to nowhere.
In terms of the Royal Pet Club product, I am new to their product line, however, after using their shampoo and scented sprays, I never will use anything else on my dog. I am the owner (or perhaps he owns me) of a 2 year old male 70 Australian Labradoodle named Paz (Peace)who is a registered Pet Partner Therapy dog that works each week with children who have witnessed domestic violence. Paz has a huge mop of curly black hair, and must be bathed each week, therefore, I am always concerned that products smell good because of his proximity to children, as well as are non-drying to his skin. The Pet Partner shampoo and sprays smell so wonderful, and are so gentle, that I wish they could create a line for the owners too! In terms of pricing, I don't find their products to be any more costly than the shampoos I have purchased from other vendors, and the quality of the Royal Pet Club products are far superior to any I have ever used. I would definately recommend these products to all dog owners who are seeking quality products for their pooches. "

"I am very happy to discover Royal Pet Club. I have received and used their wonderful Honey Oatmeal shampoo. It got rid of my mini dachshund's dandruff and considerably reduced her shedding. I have tried other shampoos but none worked as well as the Honey Oatmeal. Of course, I will continue buying this again."

"I have used these products for about a year ago. They are the BEST products for keeping your dog smelling clean and fresh with no harshness to their skin. I Love their Wipes!! You cannot find anything near the quality of Royal Pet wipes!
You cannot find these products in the stores, which is unfortunate here in San Antonio, TX. Wish they sold the products again at Petsmart or Petco."
"I started using Royal Pet Club products 2 years ago when we purchased our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Dolce. The way it made her coat look, feel and smell was so noticeably amazing that every single person that has held her has commented on how fantastic she smells and feels. I must have recommended 50 people to Royal Pet Club. The only one problem that we had/have with the products is that she smells SO amazing that we were inclined to snuggle with her in our bed while falling asleep, developing a bad habit of letting the puppy sleep in our bed. Now, two years later, we still fight over who gets to hold her while falling asleep. I wonder if we will ever realize she isn't actually a stuffed animal......but a live little creature! "I have been using Royal Treatment Grapefruit Shampoo for several years. I bought the first bottle on QVC. This shampoo makes my schnoodle so soft, clean, and best of all, smell so good. Rex is such a good boy when it comes to bathing. This shampoo is gentle on his eyes, paws, and coat. I will continue to be a loyal customer. "We have been using the Lavender Cashmere Tender Touch wipes for years and will use nothing else. They work wonderfully and are absolutely luxurious. Used on paws after walking around the city, to freshen windblown fur, even around the eye area. Gentle, soft and our Yorkies love them!"
"Royal Pet Club products are the absolute best!! I have used the products now for over 3 years and can honestly say they saved my little dogs life. Prior to finding Royal Pet, my Pit bull mix who is a rescue, was suffering from very raw irritated skin. She did not enjoy her bath and within days she was again suffering skin irritation and odor. After trying Royal Pet we began to see a difference immediately, after a month she was unrecognizable! She is now hooked on Lavender as are all of my groom clients dogs with skin issues. They LOVE their bath and I can tell they feel they have truly had a Royal treatment.
