Mail was received confirming 2006 version of software would be sent. To date, nothing (refund or product) has been received. Not good for the first time using Rowcal. I trust you don't need to ask me if I would purchase from Rowcal again."

"I ordered this software and paid 2-3 day shipping. Payment was taken immediately and a shipping number was given. Today more than a month later, I received my product. The disk is cracked in 2. It was simply placed in a bubble rap. No box or cardboard. They have no contact information. They don't return any of my emails throughout the month. They didn't respond to negative feedback. I called information and used the address on the package, they have no number for them within a 100 mile radius. What a scam!!!"

Rowcal.com has not responded to my emails to customer service. Live support link on their site does not work. I specifically said in comments on my order to not charge my card if they did not really have the item in stock and ready to ship as it is presented on their site."
