"2 weeks ago I ordered a replacement bulb for a movie light. Last week when I inquired the whereabouts of the order he replied I should see it any day. Well it's week 2 and it is still not here and now my e-mails are being ignored. Rostronics has taken my money and has not shipped my item let alone give me any real information if I will be getting my item. Caveat Emptor.
P.S. The invoice # I left is void, my e-mail client crashed last week and my .dbx file became corrupt so I cannot access my order confirmation e-mail. I did receive it right after ordering though so I know the order had went through. The date is my best guess. I ordered 2 more items from other vendors later that week and both have arrived in a timely fashion."
