"I placed my order in late May 2020 knowing that I would be moving at the end of June thinking that surely I'd receive my order in a month. Sure enough 29 days later delivery was attempted. Roselinlin used the cheapest possible mail delivery via USPS. I had signed up for delivery notification from USPS so I was notified that the package had been forwarded. After a few weeks of no delivery I went to the post office where they told me that the cheap shipping that Roselinlin used doesn't include forwarding and that the USPS considers it dead mail and throws it away. Essentially, it's shipped like junk mail. I've contacted Roselinlin and their communication is not great. There seems to be a language breakdown. I told them that it isn't my responsibility to get the package delivered. They kept telling me to go to the post office which I did twice and was given the same answer. The last communication was that they were communicating with their shipper. The status now is this. I paid $50 for a few items, after 29 days delivery was attempted but the shipper used such low cost shipping that it wouldn't forward. USPS threw away the package and Roselinlin refuses to refund or ship a replacement. The reviews of their clothing were mixed but I gave them a chance. That was a mistake. Avoid this company. This 2020. Online vendors routinely fulfill orders in 2 days. This is not a company built for the 21st century. I wish I could address the quality of their products here but I paid my $50 and received nothing. This is a vendor I recommend you avoid. I'll update this if they ever make this right. "
