HORRIBLE QUALITY!

"The quality is horrible. It's really really bad. The wood is breaking before even receiving it. I waited 2 months for it's arrival because they declined me a refund. Don't order from them. I was so embarrassed to give this gift. Would have been better if I threw it in the trash and she didn't even see it. "

Came late, but happy with product.

"December 15 I ordered one of the wooden “Grandma’s Garden” pictures, paid for expedited shipping, received it today, december 30th, I was beginning to get skeptical bc the original tracking number was wrong but I did end up receiving it & very happy with the outcome, save your money on the fast shipping but the product was good ! "

China scam

"Ordered a gift for my wife for our 11 year anniversary, paid for 3 day shipping, never showed. Only respond in middle of the night because China is 12 hours time difference from me. English is terrible in responses. Oh we so sorry, long wait have to make, they constantly say we've already paid the shipping company when asked for my refund . SCAM SCAM SCAM"

Complete Ripoff

"They get 1 star because I can't go any lower. I ordered from this company and received tracking info within a few days. Since then, it has been a terrible experience. The item shipped from China through a courier that was very difficult to track. I was able to track the item in the US, but the original courier never delivered it to USPS. I reached out to the seller several times and they have been no help. They continue to send me the same tracking number which shows no activity for over 2 weeks! After multiple attempts to rectify this, their "Customer Service" said they will "look into it" but have not responded to me in over 6 days at the moment. I've filed claims for reimbursement, but this company is doing nothing to fix or address the situation."

This company deserves ZERO stars

"My item from this company took SEVEN weeks to arrive (long after Christmas had come and gone), and when it finally did, it was in pieces (a custom plate). I'm sure it had nothing to do with the fact it was sent in a thin plastic mailing envelope (insert sarcasm). Customer service was horrendous; they pressured me into sending a replacement item instead of refunding my money, which took another FOUR weeks to arrive. When it did, them item was in one piece (YAY!) but that's because they sent a PLASTIC plate. No way am I gifting my grandma some cheap plastic plate (it was the one with "Grandma's Garden" on it and the birth flower of all her great-grandchildren).

Reached out to customer service and they told me the best they could do is a full refund if I pay to ship the item back to them (IN CHINA!!!) or a 20% refund. No thanks, keep my $40 in exchange for this 1-star review.

"took so long to ship about a month later when I finally received it it came in damaged and they rudely told me to fix it myself … said they would refund me 30% , as I was waiting for my refund all of a sudden the email says it has been deactivated and no longer able to reach "

"Worst company ever. Ordered a piece back in December of 2022, about a week later I checked the status of my order and was happy to see that it was ready for shipping. Absolute BS. I have reached out at least twice to the seller with no insight as to when I will receive my order. Seller reached back out stating a couple more weeks (over the couple weeks now at this point) and will refund $10 (which I never received). Do not order from this company unless you like wasting your time and money. "

Buyer Beware!

"Frames were broken when they arrived (2 months after ordering). This is a Chinese company, although it does not tell you that anywhere on the website. The quality is very poor - when I reached out for their "satisfaction guarantee", they offered me a 20% refund and told me to fix the frames. Mind you, these are $70 frames and I bought 3 of them. Otherwise, they "might" refund me in full, if and only if I pay for shipping broken frames back to China. Ridiculous. Just avoid them and save yourself the headache."

"I ordered on November 11th of 2022 and it is now January of 2023 and i still haven't received a tracking number. I did email and was told that it was still in production on December 15th.
I emailed again on the 24th for an update and got no response at all.
At this point I am not even sure that it's coming and I have no way of speaking to anyone.
This experience has been horrible.

Do not order from here...literally ever.

"I wish I could give this less than 1 star that is how bad it is. I placed my order on 11/23/2022 and here we are 12/28/2022 with no product. I have gone back and forth via email to try to get tracking information. The tracking they finally provided claims to show the package is in CA (I am in CT). Upon further review and contacting USPS, I was notified that this tracking information they provided me is fake. I inquired with them again, at which point they sent me another completely different tracking number that was last updated 12/22/2022. Run FAR away from this company and do not waste your time or effort dealing with them. Take your business elsewhere because it is not worth the headache and constantly having to wonder if your product will arrive. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and Christmas has very clearly passed."

"I placed an order on November 17th for a Christmas gift. It is now December 23rd and it hasn’t even shipped. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEFEELS. I am just hoping to get my money back at this point. Obviously, my mother in law will not be receiving her gift!!! "
