"be careful what you order from these folks. I ordered some caster inserts from them, it didn't specify the internal dimension for the caster stem and I neglected to ask. When they came, it was obvious that these were made for something much bigger. I called them, explained the problem, said I was willing to pay the return postage. They said there was a 20% re-stocking fee on top of the return postage. Great. I spend $16 plus postage to get them, another $8-10 to return them, and now they want another 20% just to put them back on the shelf. I tried to reason with them, they kept citing store policy. Common sense plays no part of their business model, I guess."
