Always delivery Right Items Not Cheepest but less problems

"Delivery to direct to Customer.
Always right products you have ordered.
They didn't selling The cheapest products to avoid problems for themselves And costumes.
Qualifications of Advice people who gives you direct answer in Phone at several languages

"First order - no surprises and everything arrived quickly. Order included generator hub wheel set and assorted mountain and road parts.

Had accurate on-line order tracking thru DHL so I could see where everything was (2 boxes for shipment) as it arrived at customs and then was sent along for delivery.

Packaging was minimal but only damage was to the boxes of some of the bicycle parts - the parts were just fine.

Only negative is that web site does not make it easy to get an accurate final price. The site does not have an option for the US Dollar so I had to look up exchange rates. The VAT (approx 19%) gets removed AFTER submitting order.

Note that Rose Bikes is in Germany but has a UK web site in addition to a German site. All shipments/payments are through Germany. Both sites appear to have the same prices. Neither site had an option for US $$$.

Decided to try Rose Bikes because PBK (Pro Bike Kit) does not have order tracking and last order took a long time to arrive. Wiggle and some of the other UK discount on-line bike shops are getting a lot of bad reviews so be careful.
