"They are very unprofessonal,left 3 emails about my order and never heard back.its been about 3 weeks and still no planter or contact from them. Will never do business with them again."

"On December 21, 2013 I ordered and PAID FOR a root vase, to be a Jan 20th birthday gift for my wife. The root vase did not arrive.
On February 4, 2014 I sent an email inquiring if order had been sent. I received no reply.
I made several inquiries through the web site's "Contact Us" link again and again receiving no reply.
On 12/21/2014 I received an email stating "This order has been shipped to you twice. I will send this item AGAIN for the last time with delivery confirmation."
To date I have still received nothing.
I sent another email inquiring of the order's status 12/27/2014 and have received NO REPLY.

I will be happy to emend this review IF I EVER RECEIVE MY ORDER.

Update:
I received my order on March 25, 2015 , 11:44 am, delivered by USPS.
One year and three months after original order date."
