"The reviews are accurate. There is NO customer service. If you call, they ask to send an email - which they never reply to. Wife used $300 skates two (2) times and they hurt her feet. We promptly returned them for a refund under their return policy. They FINALLY replied about two (2) weeks later, sending me images of used and worn wheels and used up toe stops. Saying they would be charging me a "re-stocking" fee of 20%. I told them that if i have to pay for the "used" items - send them back to me. As of today - still waiting for ANY reply - but none yet !! AVOID ! buy elsewhere. I wish i had read reviews before buying !! "
