"I ordered a part on November 9. Received an email that day that the part was in stock. Received another email with the subject "Shipping" that said the order was in process.

One week later, nothing. The order is still in process, although the website shows two shipment numbers but no tracking. I've emailed customer service through the email address in the FAQ and through the Contact Us form and have gotten no response.

My renovations are at a standstill until I get this piece. I would not have ordered it if I had known it would take more than a week to be shipped, and at this point I can't even find out WHEN it will be shipped.

"I ordered Rohl U.5550L in polished chrome from Rohl to Go (also doing business as Home Products to Go) on 5/25/11. My order number is 700000120; order amount of almost $1300.00. I still have not received the product I ordered. Each time I call and speak to a customer rep, I am told it should ship to me in 1-2 weeks. Still Waiting! "
