Horrible shipping times

"Ordered an item with a 2-7 business day shipping time. Paid over $100 in shipping due to the weight of the item. It arrived a month later and the boxes looked like they had been through a war. Don't trust the shipping times at all. "

Terrible all around

"First and foremost lets talk about their on site reviews. You can't trust the product reviews shown on their website as they screen them and if they don't agree with your review it won't get posted. So a product could have a five star rating because they've removed all the one or two star reviews. This is unacceptable.

So on to my story, I purchased a couple of 5mm knee sleeves to protect my knees as I transitioned into heavier lifting. Shipping was atrocious. Bought them around Dec 14th for my birthday, received them in late January. Not to mention the outrageous cost of the shipping as well. Yikes. Anyways, they seemed like a great product and I loved the comfort and stability they provided. I wore them twice a week and they were doing great, until one of the seams started to split. Well to me that seems like a manufacturing defect as something this expensive and requiring strong seams shouldn't have that problem. I reached out to Rogue and was told too bad. They offer a 60 day warranty and any issues past that are the customers problem. What a load of crap. I will not purchase anything from them ever again. They've lost my business and that of my family and friends.

Poor Customer Service

"Their gear is excellent if expensive. However, forget about them going the extra mile for you as many businesses do each and every day. And this is a huge company that makes huge profits on the CrossFit games which are beginning shortly. I purchased many items from them, most recently their Echo Exercise Bike, $750. Less than a week later it was on sale for $700. I asked for a store credit for the difference. Nope, they wouldn't even consider it. "

Super slow and expensive shipping. Horrible customer service!!!

"I ordered items from Rogue Canada for a Christmas present and selected the expensive shipping option to ensure the gift was on time for the holidays. The items weren’t shipped out of the facility for even six days and then it took longer than the “2-5 business days” and didn’t arrive on time for Christmas. What a waste of $35 charge for fast shipping. In addition, when I called the customer service to talk about it, the person I talked to was unhelpful and rude. Will never order from this company again and will encourage anyone I know to never shop from them either!!!"

"I bought a Mark Bell's Sling shot in July which tore at the seem on the left in November. I could not find any details on the warranty online so I e-mailed them. They were very quick to reply and asked for pictures of the sling shot to show the manufacturers. The next business day they informed me that the manufacturers were willing to send me a new one. They were very quick and concise with they're e-mails, overall a great experience =)"
