"I have been ordering from this site for 5 years now and have now had my first bad experience.
I ordered a set of rear paddle tires for my daughters quad from the site and I was sent two left handed tires.
Contacted Rocky Mountain and they attempted to correct the issue by sending a new tire to me.
Once i received it i took it to the local tire shop to have swapped out and when they unwrapped the tire it had a damaged bead that would not seal on the wheel. Once I arrived home I contacted Rocky Mountain ATV and let them know, they directed me to the Warranty center, please take a photo and send to them and we will get back to you,
I Told Darrin at ext. 1682 that I would call him back as soon as they were sent. At no time did he tell me that they were closing in ~15 minutes. I was unable to reach them until Monday when they opened next.
He said he would talk with his supervisors to see what can be done with this issue. I have not heard back from him.
I am suppose to leave for the sand dunes on Monday and have been chasing this issue for over two weeks now.
This is probably a one time incident but please beware when ordering the wheel sets that have left and right hand tires."

"They advertise that they provide free 3 day shipping on orders over $99 and boast about how great that their customer service and warehouse performance is. I placed an order for new Michelin Commander II tires online on Sunday 2/15/15. Was sent an order comfirmation with a delivery date of 2/18/15 and it said that I would receive a shipping confirmation via email when they shipped. Based on that info, I made an appointment at a local shop on Thursday (giving an extra day for shipping beyond their commitment.
On the afternoon of 2/17/15 (2 business days later), I still had not received a shipping confirmation notice, so I called their customer service and waited on hold for over 15 minutes before speaking to a rep. Was told that they had no stock of the tires in their Utah warehouse (closer to where I live in TX) and had to transfer the order to their Kentucky warehouse and that they were experiencing weather issues, so the order has not yet shipped. I asked the rep why no one at Rocky Mountain ATV had contacted me, either by phone of by email, and he had no response. Told me that they were doing the "best that they can" and would still try to meet the committed delivery date of 2/18/15.
Got an email that night (2/17/15) confirming that the tires had shipped FedEx HOME DELIVERY ( the slowest and cheapest FedEx shipping method) and were estimated to be delivered on Friday, 2/20/15 by end of day. This is two full business days beyond their committed delivery date on my order confirmation.
While I understand that things happen, I find it unacceptable that no one from Rocky Mountain RTV contacted my about the delay in shipping and even after I called and was assured that they would take steps to meet the committed delivery date, they shipped the tires using the slowest (and cheapest) delivery method, knowing that there was no possibility of meeting the committed delivery date (or even the next day or even the day after that).
Sounds like a small thing but this experience is not even close to meeting their boasts of superior customer service and warehousing performance.
