"This is not a review of the product, which was a Gerber Gator Clip blade, which is a great knife for the price, but about the service at RockyNatioal.

I had been looking for the Gerber Gator Folding Clip Point Serrated Edge (item #1106) for several years at local, regional and national sporting good stores. Not only did these stores not have it in stock, they could not even find it in their system. Luckily, though a Google search, I found RockyNational (which is now bookmarked). While it was not in stock at that particular time, which I fully expected, Rocky National's notification system worked flawlessly, and I was contacted within only a few days.

The processing and time to delivery were quite remarkable.
