"I would never order from this place again. I ordered 2 front and 2 rear shock absorbers and only received the 2 front ones. When I called to see if they were shipped separately, I was told the rear ones had been discontinued. I asked why they assumed I would still want the front ones instead of a matched set. The customer service guy just said that I was sent an email and it must have ended up in my spam folder. I didn't bother asking why they didn't call the phone number I had provided in the check out process. He never apologized and he refused to pay shipping on a different set, saying I had been refunded the shipping for the discontinued set."
