"I would warn anyone attempting to do business with the Rockin Android website/store. They are very slow to respond to any email request, and can even only be contacted via email since they list an unworking number in their Paypal profile.

In attempts made to contact them through Paypal and the BBB after they failed to deliver a purchased item, they never responded to any of those requests. I eventually received an email from Enrique Galvez but was met with further silence upon my replies.

I've dealt with several companies both as a consumer and professionally, and this is one of the most apathetic and incompetent that I've encountered to date.

There are lots of other better (and probably more deserving) game localization companies to do business with. If you do insist on buying one of their products, here is what I would recommend:

1) Do not attempt to purchase from their website directly. Do it from a third-party source or a third-party digital service providers.

2) If you decide to try purchasing from their website, the only listed option is Paypal. If you purchase through Pay-pal, do not pay from your checking account. You have no recourse with it. Using a credit card through Paypal will atleast give you the ability to initiate a charge-back if necessary.

3) Lastly, do not expect any support from their email lists in the event that anything goes wrong."
