"I purchased a new projector lamp and it was wonderful deal. However, I found the lamp had some issues from the manufacture process, not the seller.

I was think this might be hassle since online stores normally don’t like returns and direct you to deal with the manufacture. However, that was not the case! Jeremy B got back to me the next day via email and gave me some options. I decided to do a refund and which they did right away, after they got the lamp. I wish all online stores were this quick and easy to return. I will shop there again. "

"Awesome!!! I have nothing but good things to say. I ordered something off Ebay, they shipped right away (i got the tracking#) , the item didn't show up right away so i contacted RDepot. "JonnyG" at RDepot contacted the post office to find the issue. They found the issue and said it was in route. Unfortunatly i need the item like yesterday so I asked RocketDepot. They instantly got me setup with a duplicate order and were willing to overnight the item at a very resonable reduced rate , no gouging involved. All emails were answered almost as fast as i could send them. I am very impressed. The sales staff was so helpful and appolgetic. This was better service then i recieve at any local store. "ordered a video camera ( by the way I really like it Panasonic ) right after I ordered it wanted to add something it was late so I sent them an email. The next morning they gave me a call added what I wanted shipped it out and had it the next day. They also gave me the choice to pick it up and save shipping. I didn't opt for that, but was a nice choice. Packaged and shipped really well and I can't say enough about their customer service."

"Saw a great deal from this company on another forum site. Was about to buy this processor from Newegg but since I live in the same area as rocketdepot.com and the price was cheaper gave it a shot. They were easy to communicate with (called after I had ordered to see if I could have it delivered to work, no problem, thank you Amy). When I got it retail boxed called Intel and made sure it was authorized (for the warranty). No problems!! Now can't wait to get home and finish my new system."
