"I purchased two fine bone china mugs from this site. When one of them started leaking I enquired about their guarantee. I have many fine bone china mugs, most of them decades old and have never had a problem so I assumed there must have been a fault with these ones. I was told that it is not uncommon for these mugs to get heat cracks(?) and they dd not guarantee them. In the future I should heat up my mugs before using them which the woman on the phone told me she always did. When the second one started to leak I knew there was no point in calling to complain, also there is no review option on their website. No wonder if they sell faulty products.
I will never buy anything from them again."
