"I called a couple days ago and a Manager was supposed to call me. I payed significantly for the white glove service, however, while unpacking i am seeing that I DID NOT receive it. When the movers arrived, I had to keep them from packing boxes that was full of packing paper. Nothing in it, just packing paper. I am now in the process of unpacking my items. My child’s clothes were packed with the DOG beds. There were no layers between them. Just 2 extra large dog beds and my child’s nice suits and clothes. My christmas ornaments were packed with my child's TOYS. There was no wrapping paper or bubble wrap. The tools were packed with my bed linen. My expensive desk lamps were just thrown in the boxes-again, there was no bubble wrap or wrapping paper. I payed for white glove service and what i got instead was my stuff tossed in boxes with no care as to whether my items could break or not. when they were moving my things i had to tell them not to place the boxes on their sides. Needless to say, china has been broken. This was a very unprofessional way to pack a person’s belongings. I am now having to wash most of my child’s things and my things because of the mediocre packing that i am experiencing. This experience has been awful considering the amount that I have had to pay. in addition, i had to steam clean the carpets in my new house because they tracked dirt all through my house.The total compensation for my issues $92.

Lot of damages, most unprofessional crew you can think about: they where supposed to pack everything but my wife and I ended up packing 50% of the goods because they were too busy drinking my beers and eating my food (without asking permission) and smoking in the garage. Unbelievable they are still in business"
" Seriously the worst experience ever. I mean EVER. First, the movers arrived over an hour late and had to move another customer’s items off their truck before loading mine. I was not informed that my items would be moved along with someone else’s. Also, I was told that they would be able to move me in the same day (5 hr move), but due to the other drop off it didn’t arrive until midday the next day. There was no communication along the process, I had to call three people just to find out where the truck was and when to expect my items. The movers were very disorganized and slow. So slow that I had to help them move some of my stuff to speed up the process. I’ve moved several times before with other services and experienced much better service and speed. I would never use this moving service again!!"
"Don’t trust the owner Pete. 2 pieces of furniture were broken on out of state move. He back pedaled when told. Ultimately told us we were trying to scam him!!! Go with grace moving - I should have. Also quality of work poor, rushed boxes fragile items handled roughly and dropped. Terrible beware!!!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE MOVING OUT OF SAN DIEGO!!!!! We had our tv broken among other things that are broke. we’re missing stuff and it was all in all a bad experience. The people were also rude, they need a check up on how to talk to other people if they’re gonna be in customer service. Not to mention that we waited way to long to get our stuff. I honestly wouldn’t even give them one star."
