"Ordering was a breeze as well as online setup for the interactive tags. Online it clearly showed that order was back ordered until 8/30 (ordered 8/15), but around that time the order got back ordered twice and finally shipped to 9/24. Ed sent me a funny email and had a good attitude about the delay so no big deal, plus they gave me a 25% courtesy refund without even asking. I'll definitely shop here again. Oh and the product is top notch!"
