BBB of NY did nothing to help and the Attorney General of the state of New York didn't even reply to my complaint form. Companies like this know they can get away with these scams - that's why they do it."

"I spent $144. on magazines as GIFTS back in March. Recipient never received a thing. Rite Price Magazines ignores all phone calls and emails. I contacted the BBB for that NY area and now the website is non-existent. Coincidence??? My fault for not checking reviews before ordering. Apparently the company (which has several locations) is nothing but a scam.There have been over 150 complaints with the BBB about this company. What is taking them so long to shut these thieves down? So we are all losers in their ripoff tactics. Never again.I'll order directly from the magazine even if it means I pay more. Buyer beware... "

I have tried calling and emailing Rite Price and answeres the phone and found out it is a cell phone number. They also do not return emails. I sent a letter to them at the address listed on the website and still no response. I also found out that they have another address. 2800 Kings Highway Brooklyn NY 11229 that was listed with BBB. I filed a complaint with the new york BBB. I will get my money back one way or a nother."
