I tried to make phone calls on the web browser and it wouldn't even open. I tried to download the app on my iPhone and I tried to set up my caller ID and that didn't work either. I couldn't send text messages or phone calls. I wrote several emails to customer service and someone called me and DIDNT solve the problem. I spent almost $10.00 for a virtual number that I cannot use. I wrote them another email and told them I would like my money back since this doesn't work for me.
