I am extremely not satisfy doing business with Rilakkuma.com.hk The customer services is horrible. I have to asked several people from China and Taiwan to translate the message to me , no one can quite understand the entire message. Therefore, I go to Google translate and i can't make any sense out of it . Finally , I found someone who is from Hong Kong to translate the response to me. The responses are disrespectful, insulating, abusive and harassing. The responses said "

Everyone has to wait, you place the order 1 month ago doesn't mean Japan has to shipped it to you . Japan has publish the release date is Oct, and right now is only Sept. You never have ask us question , please do not believe that if you have a lot of money and act like a big boss. You order for a long time doesn't mean we have to ship it to you immediately. Japan only release the toy on Oct. I can send you hair for you now.
