"Wanted to order a product and needed it two days later. I got ahold of them by e-mail (and they were very responsive) and the contacted their "warehouse manager" and guaranteed me that if i ordered with expedited shipping, they would ship it out via two day shipping.
Once I got the order confirmation, it was not in fact shipped two day shipping, but was actually just dropped off at the post office.

I have not yet received the item, and I'm not going to be at the address where it was shipped past the requested delivery day.

Waiting for the purchase to be refunded currently, but now I need to pay overnight shipping from somewhere else in order to get it in time.

Their prices were higher than most, however I was ok with that since they were responsive to my request and promised to ship out immediately with two day shipping.
I am going to purchase this item from another reseller now and pay less for the item but more for next day shipping.

"RCR is the place to buy CB radios and CB equipment. When I purchased my FireStik II Antenna from RCR. The tunable tip has a rubber cap. I do a lot of off-roading and the cap came off and I had lost it. So, I went to RCR's website and ordered couple more replacement caps.
