"I originally ordered the ASUS Vento 7700, which their site said they had 2 in stock. Unfortunately, he website turned out to be wrong, and his distributor didn't have any in stock. This wasn't completely surprising, as it was sold out pretty much everywhere online.
Rick's communication with me was superb through the whole ordeal. He emailed me multiple times and called me immediately when we found out that it was actually out of stock.
He offered to send me the other ASUS case instead, which I accepted, and it shipped right away. I got it by the end of the week! The case came in mint condition.
While I wasn't happy with the website being wrong, Rick's customer service was absolutely superb, which you can't get from one of the big box stores (or other big online stores).
