I asked for a full refund plus a return shipping label. Seller said they would refund according to their Terms & Conditions but would not quote a firm refund amount. I asked three times for an amount. Their T&C stated no refund on shipping & a 15% restocking charge. Richbattery.com would not give me a full refund nor pay for shipping.
