"I purchased a jacket for 913.67 with American Express as a gift but the jacket did not fit. I paid for shipping to return the jacket and they only credited me for 705.67. After calling several times and leaving messages, I finally reached them. Their explanation: I had to pay their Amex fees, plus shipping and handling. When I told them I paid for shipping and handling in both directions, and that they did not disclose anywhere that their AMEX fees, the price of doing business would be charged back to me, they said we don't refund shipping and handling charges. There was no letter, no disclosure of any kind."
