Loyal Customer

"Until recently I have enjoyed Revital for the service and the products. Unfortunately recently this view has changed for me. The orders were missing and the revital team was not able to locate them. I called them today, I spoke with Amit he was very rude to me. Their shop at Wigmore Street has gone. Really, I don’t know how you will survive with John Bell & Croyden and other companies around.

"I ordered 2 pots of a supplement, was charged for 2 but only received 1 pot. So far I have sent 2 e-mails to tell the company, and have received no reply to either over 2 weeks later. Not impressed by the customer service and I'm over £25 out of pocket."

"WELL STOCKED BUT WRONG ADVICE & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is a review for the Revital in Kings Road.

I have to say i used to get really professional and helpful advice here, but it seems that the good staff have sadly left. Now i find that the people who work there are clueless, and too often rude.

The other day i was recommended to take a herb called feverfew for headache. And i did ask 'Are you sure it is ok IF I'M PREGNANT?' to what they replied 'I think is ok'. Well after doing some research it turns out that feverfew is not safe during pregnancy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is dangerous and I am definitely not going back to that shop.

The only good thing is that they have a fair selection of brands but if you want some decent advice just go to Holland & Barret literally next door, they seem to get at least some sort of training course. Or if you want even more qualified advice for free and u don't mind going further i would suggest Wholefoods in High St Kensington, where they have an amazing selection of products.
