"Me and my girlfriend ordered a camcorder from their site they accepted the money and everythig then the next day informed us that there was some sort of mess up and they were actually sold out and said they would refund us. A few days later we email them asking where the refund was and they called and said the refund was going to be sent out. 4 days later we called and emailed them again and the guy said it was sent out but the bank said there was no sign of any refund. Today I was told that if its not here in a week they will mail a check.

My advice is...check to see if they have a product before you actually order it so you dont have to deal with the stress.

"Do not order from Retail Killer. I ordered a Micro SD Memory card and have not received it a month later. Though I sent an email to Retail Killer two weeks after my order still had not been received, I didn't even get a response to that email. The USPS Tracking Number provided has stayed at the same status since the day I ordered my Memory Card. They were notified to expect a package for delivery but the package has not yet physically arrived. Meaning that Retail Killer still hasn't gotten my item to USPS to ship it to me. If you order from Retail Killer, expect nothing but hassles, a headache, and losing your money."

"Buyer Beware!!!! This RetailKiller.com does not have a return policy! And they also falsely advertised their product as being Brand New and it's not. Dont make the mistake that i made. They dont even reply to my email! Talk about bad customer service.

The order number was 32301 and 32302...now you should know who i am.

The part about answering every customer service email is a lie....i sent several email and not never got a replied....and you said that you have a return policy, this is what your website said:

What's your return policy?
We don't have a return policy. If you purchased a product, you own it.

"This is the emails sent back and forth to Amazon and the misconduct of the RETAIL KILLER Hello Amazon,I ordered this item in good faith it was described as "new" it obviously was open and used,factory seal broken taped with scotchtape? The retailer is mad and now wants me to pay for the return shipping? When I first contacted them and left negative feedback they offered me 50% off or to return it and they would generate a return label(RMA) for shipping,they also asked me to take off the negative feedback. I said I wanted a full refund and a return label,they responded they wouldn't pay for shipping,They became vindictive and angered? It was stated in an earlier email they would be happy and were apologetic,but everything changed when I wanted a refund and would leave the feedback? They state on AMAZONs web site :Our Return Policies:
In order to bring you the best possible prices, We only accept returns on defective items within 14 days of receipt. All our products come with original manufacturers warranty unless otherwise noted. If you happen to have a defective item within this timeframe, Please contact us with the order number and a brief description of the issues you are having with the item. We strongly suggest you contact the manufacturer before requesting an RMA as 70% of the time the matter can be resolved without having to send the item back. We try to make sure that these things don't happen but unfortunately when shipping out hundreds of orders a day, these mistakes sometimes happen. "They have a very good rating on Amazon. I ordered a Linksys router that was advertised as brand new. I received the item quickly and the item worked as I expected. However, it came in a beat up box and the accessories showed that they were repackaged. I asked for an explanation but after 10 days, I haven't heard anything back. I'm about to file a complaint with BBB.
