"So when I placed my order it was so easy to connect with a customer service rep to place my order. Now that I am having issues with their delivery service through FEDEX and checking up on other items that has not been sent out yet. To no availability I can not get anyone to answer my calls when calling them at their business or no return email at all. I hope my other stuff comes I ordered 7 items about 2weeks ago so far I have received three and waiting for 4 items which I need talk to them to fix the shipping issues I am having with FEDEX. They are only available when they are getting money but once they get the money the customer service ghost you. "
"We have ordered tens of thousands of kitchen equipment from them in the past but since last year the customer service is not just bad (hang ups when poorly trained reps get frustrated) but now its turned legal and we are letting the lawyers get the money refunded for equipment we bought thru them but was not delivered.
