"Used their guide to determine what batteries were needed for my "GO-GO Mobility Scooter". They sent me two batteries for $64.36. The batteries arrived about two weeks later. They were the incorrect batteries for my scooter. They were too wide, too short and had incorrect connectors; in short there was no way to "adapt" them to fit. Contacted eplaceupsbattery.com and asked for an exchange for the proper batteries. Even though I requested an exchange rather than a refund, they insisted on a $20 restocking fee plus I would be required to pay the $24.65 shipping to return them. In other words, I would net less than $20 to be applied to purchasing the proper batteries. Needless to say, I went elsewhere to purchase the batteries I needed. I'll use these for batteries on my trailer brakes if I can get them in the carrier. But I'd throw them in the trash before returning them to these people. NEVER will they get a dime of my money again."
"Ordered replacement batteries that were the same specs on their website. First, the shipping was slow and the delay was on their end, they were slow to get package to usps. Second, when the batteries finally arrived they were different specs than what was shown on website. Third, the batteries are very weak, less than half the capacity of original batteries.
The batteries from replaceupsbattery are not a good deal or good value. They were about half the price of legitimate batteries, but they only have about half the capacity, regardless of the specs listed on the battery. I expect they will not last half as long as legitimate batteries. You get what you pay for, kind of."
"A very sorry company, who scams innocent people out of money. They send the wrong merchandise, and it never says on the website that they take out 25% for return items. Then when called about the refund the man Mike was rude, never said anything about taking out the 25% of my refund . Couldn’t give me a processing number for my refund. Lied when asked to speak too the manager and said that the manager wasn’t available then when called back he said that he was the manager and that it was the banks fault for everything that had occurred. Then when I told him that my attorney and bank will be contacting him he said good luck . "They sell used batteries. All the other 5 star ratings are shill comments that can easily be bought by companies that can fill your ratings to look good. The way to determine fake ratings is to see that there are two and typically only two ratings given - a five or a one star. Look only at the one stars; these are the true ratings. They sold me batteries for my ups and thought that I would not conduct a load test after having them charge days later. Well the batteries could not hold the load when the main power was cut for the test for more than ten seconds. JUNK!!!! "

"Ordered replacement battery pack (4-12v/7.5Ah batteries) for my UPS (CyberPower 1500) on 4/13. Batteries were shipped via UPS (free shipping) and arrived 4/17. Installed and working perfectly! The fit was perfect. Time will tell if they live up to their 2-year warranty.
Update: The batteries mentioned in this review failed a few months ago. (It's now May, 2019) They DID, indeed, live up to their two year warranty. My UPS uses 4 batteries, and actually only ONE of the four failed. So, while I was disappointed they didn't last longer, I must admit to being completely satisfied in their performance. They delivered exactly as promised. Good job, ReplaceUPSBattery."

The battery I purchased is a SP12-9 (T2) for an APC 725 UPS. The battery I received appears to be a high quality product. I track all my batteries as to the date installed and how long they last. "I ordered the wrong battery. I tried contacting them within 5 minutes of knowing this by calling their number ***-***-**** and was told no one could answer the phone in a synthesized voice. It was about 6:30 pm EDT. At the same time I replied to email about the order and tried to contact them with their site's "contact us" messenger. About 30 minutes later, instead of getting a response my order status was updated to "shipped". They don't pay return shipping and charge a 15% restocking fee. I'll be lucky to get half the price of the battery back.
I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes after placing it. I guess it was my mistake. But, I'll never buy from these guys again."
"I spoke with Diana about a problem that was occurring with my APC unit. I had ordered 2 batteries for it and my APC unit turned out to be faulty. Another battery I ordered for another unit worked great. I did not want to go to the expense to send the 2 batteries back and Diana checked to see what other APC units would use the same batteries. Turns out I had 2 APC units that could use them. She went above and beyond her responsibility to help me out. My third battery I purchased works great. ReplaceUPSBattery has great customer service and Diana is fantastic calling me back after researching other APC models that could use the 2 batteries that were not working in my faulty APC unit.
