I have called their customer service line multiple times and it is busy every time. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent transaction/scam sight and find a reputable company to move forward with."

"I ordered a repair manual for my Ridgeline and they quickly took my money and now after a week there is still no download of my manual. They don't answer the phone or their emails. They say you will receive your download within 1 to 5 hours after they receive payment. After filing a claim with them I received a notice that they had just processed my order, which was a week later, and now 24 hours after that I still don't have a download and they still don't answer the phone or their emails. This is not a reputable company."

"Bought a BMW “service manual”. From them. BMW manuals contain links to other sites; i.e first step to remove radiator is “remove front bumper cover”, however the link for bumper cover removal doesn’t work, and it’s not elsewhere in the pdf document. I wasted $40 with these “people”, and they don’t even read my emails before they send a useless response. Hopefully others read this review and don’t make the same mistake I did. Save your $40 and buy more beer, or find someone reputable to buy your manual."
"I ordered a 2016 Honda Civic Manual. I even sent them the amplifying information that they requested. When I finally got the download, it contained absolutely nothing for a 2016 Honda Civic. It was basically the Haynes Manual for the 2015 Honda Civic and CRV. As most rotten companies do, they didn't even bother to answer my emails about it. Basically, they got me for $25...my mistake all the way. I should have went went someone more reputable like Chilton. PLEASE avoid throwing your hard earned money away like I did. If this warning helps one person not to get sucked into their web, it was worth every minute I spent writing this review. "
