"I've had constant problems with RentZero. Games have been lost. I've waited over a month without a game ...a few times! And they don't respond to my complaints. I've tried to resolve the issues, and I told them I'd be posting comments online. They didn't even respond to that. I feel completely ripped off, and recommend that people avoid doing business with this company."

"I tried the free trial, but I never got a game from them and I quiet. Then at the end of last month they charged my $50 for the game. :( I will never want to rent from them again."
