"Stay away from this merchant!! 2 and 1/2 months ago I ordered a remote key fob after emailing them to ensure it came with programming instructions. I was ensured that it did. It arrived with no instructions and a dead battery. After several more emails they informed me that they didn't have instructions. I requested the form to return it which they did send me. I returned it according to instructions. I did not get refunded. I've emailed them 5 or 6 times since then, and they have not answered. Since they have no phone number listed I can't even call them. So now I'm out the 29.95 and have no remote. Forget this company. Choose a reputable one with a telephone contact number. "
