"This is the much awaited Reimels 5000, which was purchased for me as a Christmas present. It should have been purchased for Halloween as a nightmare or witch's spell.

Upon opening the box, which was packed with foam beads and an empty beer bottle, the computer fell out of its plastic packing. The note in the packing said it was inspected by HAG50, but obviously not very well.

The cover to the computer popped off and I had to put it back on the system. No electric cords were supplied and a note left in the box said "Cords not included, supply your own."

When I called customer service to complain, the service representative told me that "Christmas gifts are never what they seem anyways, so why are you complaining?" When asked if we could get our money back on the system, we were told "When ice builds up on the River Styxx."

After acquiring electric cords, we plugged it in, and the electric shock sent me across the room. We finally got the system started, and realized that DOS 6.0 was loaded on it.

We then threw it in the garbage can.

Avoid this seller at all cost.
