"TERRIBLE. I ORDERED A SILVER CHARM ON 12/21/11. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY GODDAUGHTER WHOM I WOULD SEE SHORTLY AFTER CHRISTMAS SO I EXPECTED IT WOULD ARRIVE AT LEAST DURING THAT WEEK FOLLOWING CHRISTMAS. IT NEVER ARRIVED AND I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE TO SEVERAL EMAILS INQUIRING ABOUT IT. I THEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON 12/30/11 STATING THAT THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED ON 12/30/11. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE, WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED MORE THAN A WEEK PRIOR. WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED THE CHARM, IT WAS MINISCULE, ABOUT THE SIZE OF A BABY'S FINGERNAIL, AND DID NOT EVEN FIT ON MY GODDAUGHTER'S PANDORA BRACELET, WHICH WAS QUITE EMBARRASSING. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN."
