"They are not knowledgeable, thorough, nor is the refurbished laptop remotely worth all the headache and struggle I have had to go through. I am not going to get into it but after a little bit of research and conferring with an IT Specialist for a different company the computer was basically a giant paperweight due to issues with ACPI Power Management. Since I bought it through a college... they do not accept returns even though they sold me THEIR product that has cost me a hell of a lot more than just the money out for the cost of the laptop. I am so just frustrated and upset by the whole thing.. IT'S MY COLLEGE EDUCATION THAT SUFFERED AND NOT AT THEIR EXPENSE! IT WAS MINE! This experience has shown me nothing more and nothing less than people robbing people of money and lacking a single shred of integrity or honor at all. "
