"Sold me a defective AC unit for $280. I contacted them within the warranty period to make them aware that I was having issues with the fan blade inside the unit but was going to try and resolve the problem with a new blade. They shipped me a blade and were helpful. One the new blade was installed the unit ran with some hiccups afterward. The unit continued to have issues related to the fan motor not starting up which I believed was a capacitor issue since it would resolve if I switched the unit off and on 2 or 3 times. I recently replaced the capacitor and am still having the same issues. As of 2 days ago the fan wont turn on at all. I believe the fan blade broke inside the unit before my purchase, someone left the fan motor running and basically burnt the fan motor up (leaving it on it's last leg). I think the unit was then sold to me with little to no testing and 5 months later they wont do anything to help me get this unit running correctly. I'm not happy at all."
