"Over the last 6 months or so, I've bought 3 refurbished ultraslim computers (a Dell, a Lenovo and an HP) from these guys. The machines I received were in excellent, like-new condition and all worked, and are still working, perfectly. The prices for these were great, between 30 and 50 percent less than anywhere else, including Amazon. Shipping was reasonably quick. This last time, I had trouble activating Windows (it turned out I had misread the activation code) and called them for support. The phone was answered by a real person who immediately put me through to a tech support person, who was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm really impressed with this company. I don't often write reviews, but these are good people and I want them to be successful."
