"The hitch for our 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz 4WD arrived sooner than I expected and was a one-person (me) installation experience. Well designed, it is a beefy (read: heavy) design that I won't worry about, towing my classic sports car to events.
I looked up videos and was well educated by those in how to install. It is attached with 6 HEAVY duty bolts using Hyundai pre-drilled and threaded holes. All told, it took me about an hour and 45 minutes to install with hand tools.

"ReeseHitches.com had a better price than most on the Prodigy ID brake controller I purchased from them. They handled the order very quickly. I had it in like 4 days. Minor snafu, my order confirmation email came to me, but the shipping one did not. When I called about it, they fired it off. USPS did their usual bang up job and sent it to the wrong address. Fortunately, it was my next door neighbor, who I’m good friends with. The product appears great, but I wasn’t able to use it. As small as it is, it’s not as small as the pictures from Tekonsha make it look. The folks at ReeseHitches.com handled my return as quickly as the shipping. In both cases, they were better than their estimates. They stated up front the free shipping would be charged and there would be a 15% restocking fee since it wasn’t their mistake. I felt that was fair, but they didn’t charge me the restocking fee. I appreciate that immensely. I would have bought the replacement brake controller from them, but they don’t carry the Redarc brand. Maybe they’ll add them in the future. "

"Only 1 of the three locks work out of the box. Seems locking pin holes don’t line up properly so pins wont seat all the way down in the lock position…. Guess I’m going to have to get the grinder out and make it work… pretty expensive lock to have to go thru this bs….."
