"Horrible customer service!!! Do not order from here. I ordered a jersey that was too big, so I sent it back to be exchanged for a smaller size....and instead of a new jersey, I got a my old jersey back and a sassy note that said "We cannot exchange a jersey that has been washed..." Dot, dot, dot, is awful customer service. What an unacceptable note, because guess what? I NEVER WASHED THE JERSEY. The tags are still on it. When I called to inquire about why I didnt get an exchange and why I got that rude note, the lady on the phone told me I had washed the jersey. I never washed the jersey so she called me a liar. I work in the customer service industry as well and you NEVER call your customers liars. I am so disappointed and upset with this company. I never washed the jersey and they told me I did because the fabric is different....well then guess what? That means they sent me a faulty jersey to begin with. That further proves bad service. I hate to write this bad review but at this point I don't care about the money or size, I care about my integrity because I am not a liar and for them to tell me I am lying is so upsetting. Do not order from this company unless you are 100% positive you will NOT need to exchange or return your item, because they will be rude about it. Unbelievable. "
