"On November 19, 2009, I purchased 8" snowmobile ski guide tracks and mats for my snowmobile trailer. I found this seller on Ebay under the name HarrisOutletStore. Since my purchase was for multiple items, the seller used Paypal directly to bill me. There was no actual transaction through Ebay even though that is where I found the product (Ebay item# 270482655898) and asked questions to the seller. I received the product on approximately November 28 so the shipping time was as expected. I had 2 issues with the purchase. The first issue was the product didn't come with the screws as advertised. I purchased 3 sets of ski guides and only 1 set had screws. I emailed the merchant about this issue on December 10 and the merchant responded on December 14 indicating they would send screws out right away. As of today, I have never received any screws. The second issue was the merchant sent the wrong ski guides. They sent 6" ski guides instead of the 8" ski guides that I ordered. At this time, they refuse to resolve the issue and I have only received 1 email response regarding the screws. So needless to say this purchase was a bad experience for me. Be very careful with this merchant and make sure you use a credit card which thankfully I did. The only thing that was as expected were the mats but everything is made in China."
