"I ordered a dvd from this company, which is in my same state and less than 2 hours away. They've sent me emails stating it shipped (3 weeks after I ordered it!). As of today, July 8th, I still haven't received it. On their website, they give all sorts of instructions for tracking the order, but in fact, the links and tabs they say you should use don't even exist! They say to contact them via email or phone but there is no phone number to useanywhere on the site. It has to be done via email which will take who knows how long. I will NEVER EVER use this lousy company again. I'm pretty sure it's a scam of some sort."
