"Horrible experience! I ordered some crayons from Redpeddler ($500 worth!). Instead of letting me know they were out of stock, they sent me a different size of crayons, for which I have no use. I then tried to contact them for a whole week, e-mailing every day with no response, trying to call during business hours only to get the constant message that their offices are closed! When I finally reached someone, I was told to keep the crayons in exchange for a $100 refund. I refused, I truly have NO use for hundreds of the wrong size crayons and requested a full refund, telling them to arrange for return of the merchandise. He agreed and I haven't heard from them since. No one is returning my e-mails or phone calls. BUYER BEWARE!!"
