"It is a shame Redline Airsoft does not offer any customer service, warranty or exchange on defective merchandise.

I purchased a Polarstar from them and it was defective when I received it. It will not shoot in full auto when you switch the selector to full auto. It will only shoot in semi. Also, the magazine that comes in the box, doesn't fit or lock in to the magazine well. I went through entire manual and setting to verify it is not user error. I contacted the manufacture and they confirmed there is something wrong.

I contacted Redline Airsoft, and made them aware of the problem. They replied back with a message to contact the manufacture for assistance with fixing the problem. Redline would not offer me any help whats so ever.

Redline doesn't care about keeping customers happy. My recommendation, purchase elsewhere that offers return or exchange policy and cares about customers.
