"Well where should I start. I ordered an exhaust system for my car, and all was well, until i got an email telling me that the item wasn't sold anymore. Much to my surprise, they had an exhaust of comparable price and value. This was sent out and only took 5 days to ship from California to Connecticut. It was installed and... uh oh! It didnt fit correctly. After explaining this, their customer service was exceptional and sent me a FREE replacement exhaust system to correct the problem. These guys back their customers, and you wont be disappointed if you order from them!"

"This merchant provides very bad service. I have placed order more than 3 days. They didn't send me an order receipt and no shipping process confirmation either. I don't even know if they have received my order or not. It's 24-7 phone line is always busy and just hang on itself. I emailed them twice and have not recieved any email yet. I highly suspect this is a fraud site."
